Key Achievements
- Creating Casework user guides and context-sensitive help in HLP
- Designing maps depicting the multi-level flow process of casework handling
- Making those maps interactive online in RTF for enterprise module mapping
- Updating the online help for Siemens BS using HTML instead of RTF
- Creating laminated training materials for Home Office immigration caseworkers
